Robotics is a science that is useful in many areas. It can be very helpful in our lives, but it can also be very amusing and fun. Robot fans love to play whit their robots as well as build  and program them. To some it is even more amusing to make a robot instead of using it. It can be more challenging and difficult to create and program the bot than using it. Especially if you decide to build your robot whit electronic and mechanic parts instead of buying robot kit an create it using the manual. You must adjust all the sensors, motors and microcontrollers. Not to mention what type of movement to choose. First video is about how to make beginner programmable robot from scratch. You will need some basics of electronic components and usage of soldering tool. You will also need some LED, microchip, few resistors and transistors, wheels and dc motors.

First, you will need to create a scheme  of your printed circuit board. Then you will need to create one and solder every element on it. Then, attach two wheels to  dc motors. motors to case or directly to board. connect motors to signal output pins. You must build a power supply.  You can create it from four AAA batteries connected in serial scheme, and also connect it to board. then you have the robot which needs to be programmed. If you have optic sensors, you can program the chip in many ways. It is important for robot to have input and output information.

This is advanced humanoid robot kit and it is programmable. As you can see, this kit has many small parts and at beginning you can’t recognize what parts are from what element of robot. That is why you need schematics that come with the robot kit. That also means you have to know how to read schematics. Rest is easy because you don’t have to solder anything and parts are made to be easily assembled with just a screwdriver. This robot is assembled piece by piece and when you built all of major elements, then you connect them to each other. After you make a robot, it must be programmed.
